Who operates the website

This website is operated under the trading name D2W Finance Group for the D2W early-stage product. Until a company is incorporated, references to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ibrahim Uddin trading as D2W Finance Group.

Eligibility and waitlist

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. Please provide accurate information and do not submit another person’s details without permission. Joining is free, does not guarantee a beta place and is not an application for credit or any regulated financial product.

Founding-member programme and Premium offer

Offer published: 21 September 2026. The programme has 20 places in total, including existing testers who choose to take part. It is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Applying and taking part are free, with no purchase or payment details required.

Application and selection

Apply through the website form and confirm your email. We select members manually for the small beta group based on suitability for a manual planning app and willingness to share feedback; selection is not a prize draw. We confirm acceptance separately by email. Applying, joining the waitlist or verifying an email does not guarantee a place or a Premium reward. Existing testers can join on the same terms without registering again. Applications remain open until all 20 places are allocated; we will update the website when the group is full.

Participation and qualification

The beta feedback period runs from 28 September 2026 to 28 November 2026. To qualify for the reward, selected founding members complete two short feedback forms and one 20-minute conversation with the D2W team, or the written alternative to that conversation, during the programme. We will provide the forms and arrange the conversation or written alternative directly. Participation is voluntary; you may leave at any time.

Honest negative feedback qualifies equally with positive feedback. No public review, endorsement or financial document is required. If we do not make an activity available, we will waive it or agree an equivalent without disadvantaging the member. Any later invitation will provide a reasonable completion period. We will confirm qualification by email.

The reward

Qualifying members receive 12 consecutive months of the D2W Premium app plan, including the features normally included in that plan, at no subscription charge. The first full version and Premium are planned for 1 January 2027; this is a target, not a guaranteed date. The 12 months start when Premium is activated for the member. We will confirm the start and end dates by email.

The offer covers app membership only. It does not provide funds, loans, investments, company shares, financial advice or access to any regulated financial product. Premium features are still being developed and will be described before activation. There is one reward per selected person, which cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

If plans change

If launch is delayed, earned eligibility is retained and the full 12 months begin when Premium becomes available and is activated for the member. We will email affected members about a material delay. If Premium is cancelled entirely, we will tell members; there will be no Premium service to activate and no cash substitute. No payment is taken for this offer.

At the end of the free year, there is no automatic paid renewal or charge. Continued paid access requires a separate, explicit subscription decision. Otherwise the account returns to the free app plan available at that time. We will not retrospectively reduce an earned free period or add participation conditions for accepted members.

Your contribution

Feedback helps us decide what to improve, but we cannot promise to build every suggestion. We will share “You said → We changed” updates without identifying a member or publishing their comments unless they separately agree. “Founding member” recognises early participation; it does not give ownership, shares, employment, decision-making authority or priority for future financial products.

What the website provides

The website contains general product information and fictional demonstrations of an app in development. It does not provide a bank account, lending, debt counselling, credit broking, payment services, insurance, investments or personal financial advice.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape personal data or use the waitlist for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the D2W name, original visual identity, copy, product designs and website materials belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit the materials without permission.

Availability and external links

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of this early-stage website. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions made from example screens or general website content, or for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Consumers retain all rights given by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the effective date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in another UK jurisdiction.
