Clear answers. A simpler start.

Find the right way into D2W, understand the figures and get help when something is unclear. Plain language and an easy-to-use experience are central to how we build.

Is D2W designed for people who find budgeting difficult?

Yes. Ease of use is a priority: guided setup, clear labels, explained calculations and manageable check-ins. The demo lets you explore the main sections without creating an account. Beta feedback helps us improve confusing steps.

What happens to money I do not use from an everyday target?

It stays in your cash balance. Safe-to-Spend still reserves it until you review a smaller remaining amount or start a new pay period. Choose “Expect to spend less this period” to change this period’s plan; your usual target returns at the next payday.

Can I link a savings pot to a goal?

In the current planning tools, you can link one separately recorded savings pot to one goal. The pot’s balance becomes the goal’s saved amount and updates when you update the pot. This helps avoid counting the same savings twice. It does not connect to a bank or transfer money.

What can I test in Try a change?

Explore a purchase, extra income, a bill change, payment timing, transfers, planned saving or an extra debt payment. The current tool previews one change at a time. Premium multi-change planning is a proposed V1 feature.

Will D2W make me financially free?

Our ambition is to help people move beyond repeated payday pressure towards stability and more choice. D2W can help you understand a plan and explore decisions; it cannot guarantee outcomes or create income. Financial freedom depends on your circumstances and actions over time.

What if I cannot cover bills or debt payments?

A planning estimate cannot solve an income shortfall on its own. You can find free support through MoneyHelper or StepChange. D2W does not provide regulated debt advice.

What happens when I join the waiting list?

We send you a link to confirm your email. Once confirmed, you’re on the V1 waiting list and can receive the launch updates you requested. It does not create an app account, give beta access or commit you to a paid plan. You can leave by emailing us at any time.

When will the full version launch?

Our target for V1 and Premium is 1 January 2027. This may change as we test the product and complete bank-connection arrangements. We’ll share updates with people who have asked to receive them.

Can D2W connect to my bank?

Automatic tracking is planned for V1: up to 2 financial accounts on Free and up to 5 on Premium. It is not available in the current beta or demo. The beta uses figures you enter manually. Never send us bank passwords, PINs or card security codes.

How do I access the invitation-only beta?

Use your invitation link or the Open beta app button. Create and confirm your account using the email address that received the invitation, then follow the app’s code instructions. Existing users can sign in normally. Joining the V1 waiting list does not issue a beta code.

What if my confirmation link has expired?

Waiting-list confirmation links last 24 hours. Contact contact@d2wfinancegroup.com from the address you registered with so we can help. For beta app password recovery, use the reset-password option in the app.

How is Safe-to-Spend calculated?

Start with cash available now. Deduct bills, debt payments and planned saving still ahead to see the money for everyday spending plus extra. Reserve your remaining everyday targets too, and Safe-to-Spend shows the extra left after all planned costs. These figures describe the same money at different steps; do not add them together.

An unused everyday allowance stays in cash and remains reserved. The result depends on complete, current figures. Check your bank and upcoming payments before spending.

Does D2W hold money or give financial advice?

No. The current product organises information and shows planning estimates. It does not hold or transfer money, offer loans, make investments or provide regulated financial or debt advice. RESET and INVEST remain future concepts.

Will the demo show anyone’s real information?

No. It uses fictional example data in a separate demo environment. It does not sign you into the beta or load a tester’s plan.

What happens to the founding-member Premium offer?

Existing agreed founding-member terms remain in place. Joining this new V1 waiting list does not automatically qualify for a free Premium year. Read the original participation and reward terms.

How do I send feedback or manage my data?

Beta testers can use Share feedback and Settings & help in the app. For website waiting-list data or privacy requests, email contact@d2wfinancegroup.com. See our privacy notice for details.

Still need help?
