What D2W is—and is not
Please read this before joining the waitlist or relying on anything shown in the example app.

Project status
D2W is an early-stage product being developed under the trading name D2W Finance Group. D2W Finance Group is not currently represented on this website as an incorporated limited company.
Product and beta status
The screens on this website are product examples using fictional figures. The free manual beta for 20 selected founding members runs from 28 September 2026 to 28 November 2026. Beta invitations are managed separately from the V1 waiting list. It brings together account balances, bills, spending, debts and savings goals using figures entered by the user. Features and availability may change, and joining the V1 waiting list does not provide beta access.
The public vision demo
Anyone can try the full D2W demo without creating an account. It uses fictional figures to illustrate CONTROL, RESET, enhanced SAVE, INVEST, What if scenarios, subscription reviews and renewal comparisons. Changes in the demo are temporary and reset on reload. It does not load real beta records or connect bank accounts.
The demo shows the intended long-term experience. It does not make every illustrated feature part of the V1 release, and it does not provide a loan offer, a real credit decision, live comparison quotes, personalised financial advice or an investment service. Later features depend on development, funding and appropriate regulatory arrangements.
The animated AI journey
The website’s animated walkthrough illustrates the planned goal-led experience: account setup, read-only account tracking, a reviewed plan, suggestions, actions completed by the user and outcome tracking. Its names, balances, quotes, notifications and confirmations are fictional. It is scripted and does not call an AI service, connect accounts or carry out an action.
In the planned first release, the user completes every payment, savings transfer, cancellation, purchase and provider switch. Accepting a suggestion records a decision or planned allocation; it does not instruct D2W to execute a transaction. A reported completion is kept distinct from evidence that a provider change or payment has taken effect. Potential savings are not treated as money already available.
Later execution features would require the appropriate FCA permissions, partner arrangements and safeguards before launch. The planned guidance and comparison scope is also subject to specialist regulatory review; manual execution does not by itself determine that scope.
V1, Premium and founding membership
The first full version and Premium app membership are planned for 1 January 2027, following the beta and a period of improvements in December. This is a target date and may change. Premium is not available yet. The founding-member reward is 12 months of the Premium app plan for selected members who complete the stated feedback activities, starting when Premium is activated for them. Read the offer terms, including what happens if launch is delayed or cancelled.
The launch plan includes read-only automatic bank tracking through Plaid, with up to 2 financial accounts in Free and up to 5 in Premium at £7.99 per month. Free includes ready-made What if? scenarios. Premium adds AI scenario chat, goal-led guidance and user-completed action tracking, snowball and avalanche debt repayment comparisons, enhanced SAVE and future-cost planning. Users review uncertain forecasts and carry out every transaction themselves. Provider coverage will be confirmed before release. Lending and investment services are not part of this launch offer. Founding membership does not confer company ownership or priority for a financial product.
The planned Elite membership
The proposed Elite plan is £14.99 per month, with up to 10 connected financial accounts and the features of Premium. Elite is planned to include access to future INVEST services when available; it is not part of the January V1 launch. Future RESET access is planned for all three memberships, including Free, with no paid upgrade required. Membership would not guarantee loan approval or investment eligibility. Loan fees and investment charges would be separate from membership and disclosed before any decision. Free will include standard credit assessment for RESET, while Premium and Elite will include advanced credit assessment. All applicants must pass the required credit and affordability checks regardless of membership. Optional paid tools do not guarantee approval or preferential lending terms. Pricing, features, permissions and availability remain to be confirmed. The founding-member Premium reward does not include Elite.
RESET, connected subscription services, live market and renewal comparisons, advanced financial and affordability insights, and INVEST will follow separately from the first full release. Launch guidance is intended to support recurring-cost review, renewal reminders, quotes supplied by the user and tracking changes the user completes themselves. AI scenario chat is included in the Premium launch plan; the current demo uses scripted responses. Compare memberships and feature availability.
Employer interest and letters of intent
The employer page introduces a proposed workplace benefit and helps employers prepare an enquiry about a pilot or a non-binding letter of intent. The draft is prepared in your browser; D2W does not receive it until you choose to send it through your own email app. Preparing, copying or opening the draft does not send it, store an employer enquiry with D2W or subscribe you to marketing. An enquiry does not sign an agreement, commit an employer to payment or create employee accounts. Any pilot scope, pricing and terms need to be discussed and agreed separately.
No bank, lending or money movement
D2W does not currently provide bank accounts, hold or move customer money, offer credit, arrange loans or assess applications. It is not currently authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority, and nothing on this website should suggest otherwise.
No financial or debt advice
The website and first beta provide general information, organisation tools and neutral illustrations. They do not provide personal financial, investment, legal, tax or regulated debt advice, recommend a particular debt solution, or tell you which creditor or product to choose.
Estimates and user-entered information
Figures such as Safe-to-Spend, forecasts and target dates are estimates based on information and assumptions entered by the user. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong and are not guarantees of affordability, available funds, savings, investment returns or debt freedom. Users remain responsible for checking account balances, due dates and payments.
Future concepts
RESET finance and managed investment services describe parts of D2W’s longer-term direction. They are not currently available, funded, approved or open for applications. The beta already lets users record savings goals; it does not provide savings accounts, hold savings or invest money. A waitlist or future paid app membership must not be understood as credit eligibility, priority, approval or access to an investment service.
The proposed RESET pricing model
The intended model is 0% interest plus a clearly disclosed loan fee. A positive loan fee is a cost of borrowing: it does not mean free credit or 0% APR. Final amounts, terms, repayment options, affordability criteria and the representative APR have not been set. Any future service would need to explain the full cost and repayment schedule and have the required funding and regulatory arrangements before it could be offered. The website does not accept loan applications.
Scenario planning and future investment choices
What if? illustrates options and their effect on a fictional plan, including possible future expenses. It cannot identify every future cost or predict a person’s circumstances. The demo uses scripted scenarios and visible assumptions, not a live AI adviser.
The future INVEST vision includes funds, shares, property and business investments. Potential returns may include dividends, rental or profit distributions and changes in value; income can be reduced or stop, and invested money can be lost. Property and private business holdings may be hard to sell, and fees and operating costs reduce returns. No income stream, return, investment product, ISA eligibility or customer protection is promised by the demo. The eventual structure, fees, permissions and customer eligibility remain to be confirmed.
If you need urgent debt help
Do not wait for D2W if you have missed essential payments, face court action or enforcement, or need help choosing a debt solution. Free, independent support is available through the MoneyHelper debt-advice locator.
