D2W Finance Group

Useful explanations. Clear limits.

D2W’s journal explains everyday money planning with worked examples and further reading. Here is who publishes it, how AI is used and how to raise a correction.

Who is responsible for this website?

D2W Finance Group is operated by founder Ibrahim Uddin. The journal is published under the D2W name. Questions about an article or this policy can be sent to contact@d2wfinancegroup.com.

Read the D2W story and the current product status to understand the business behind this content and which services are still being developed.

What the journal is for

The articles help readers understand a planning question: what a balance includes, how to prepare for a future cost, or how an unexpected bill changes the money left. They use fictional examples rather than customer records.

They provide general education. They do not assess your circumstances, recommend a particular financial product or replace personalised debt, investment, tax or legal advice. D2W’s commercial interest in its own app is made clear when an article links to the product or waiting list.

AI assistance and review status

AI tools have assisted with preparing and editing the journal’s text, illustrations and worked examples. AI assistance can introduce mistakes, so readers should use the linked sources and check whether an explanation applies to their situation.

The articles are published as D2W educational content. They do not currently carry a named independent financial-adviser review. An adviser’s involvement with D2W should not be read as approval of every article. Any future professional review will be identified on the relevant article only when it has taken place.

Sources, examples and dates

  • Sources are linked so readers can consult the original explanation. For UK budgeting and debt support, the current articles refer to MoneyHelper and StepChange.
  • Worked examples state the money and assumptions used. An illustration is not a prediction, a recommendation or a guarantee of savings.
  • A publication date records when an article first appeared. A separate update date will be used for substantive changes to its explanations or conclusions; a layout or navigation change does not make older advice newly researched.
  • Rules, services, costs and individual circumstances can change. Check current primary sources before acting on time-sensitive information.

Corrections and reader questions

If you find an error, email contact@d2wfinancegroup.com with the page link, the wording or calculation concerned, and a supporting source if you have one. Do not include passwords, account numbers or other financial records.

Correction requests can be assessed against the source material. Where a correction changes a material explanation or calculation, the article should state what changed and the date of that change. D2W does not offer an immediate-response or personal-advice service through this inbox.
